GET SMOOTH SKIN
The biggest mistake a lot of women make is wearing foundation over their moisturisers. What happens when you do this is, the formula blends together and creates an uneven finish. To anchor the base let the lotion dry, then follow up with a primer containing silicone. This creates the perfect canvas and helps makeup set. For a longer lasting makeup use a powder foundation cause it last longer that liquid foundations.
DRAW WITH PRECISION
For eyes that are defined and smudge free from A.M. to P.M., take a water resistant pencil and drag it closely along the lash line, the hair of your lashes will help hold the line in place. If there is any line between your lash and the liner the colour will run quickly. To make sure the line stays in place all day, dip a small brush in a matching shade of eye shadow and sweep it on. The powder will soak up the moisture of the oily pencil and keep the line intact.
LAYER YOUR BLUSH
Dab a bit of light, shimmery cream over the apples of your cheeks to get them glowing. Use champagne tones for fair skin and rose gold for darker complexions. The use a powder brush to dust on a powder blush in your favourite shade to set it.
COAT THAT POUT
Skip the balm if you can avoid it because anything you put over it quickly disappears. Instaed fill in lips with a clear wax pencil and top with lipstick. You can blot with tissue and reapply lipstick to make sure the colour last longer.
